Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control may issue brew-on-premises licenses to facilities providing brewing supplies and equipment for public members to privately manufacture beer and malt beverages on-site.

Initial license fee is $50 with annual renewal fee of $25; licensees must maintain records of all users including name, address, age, household adults, and annual production quantities available for inspection.

Licensed facilities may not sell beer or malt beverages, authorize on-premises consumption, or provide physical assistance in production beyond advice and instruction (licensees can only maintain equipment, manage temperature, perform quality control, and handle waste).

Individual users must be at least 21 years old and may produce maximum 200 gallons per household annually with two or more adults, or 100 gallons annually with one adult; users cannot transport more than 20 gallons per day and cannot sell the product.

Licensees and users must comply with federal regulations (27 CFR 25.205, 25.206, and 24.75) and all local building, health, and fire codes; violations enforced under existing chapter provisions.
