Modifies section 452.340, RSMo, regarding child support obligations for children enrolled in vocational or higher education institutions.

Changes requirement for continued child support eligibility from completing 12 credit hours per semester to completing 12 credit hours with passing grades each semester.

Mandates that child support shall terminate (rather than may terminate) if a child fails to complete 12 hours of credit with passing grades, unless the court finds extenuating circumstances.

Allows children employed at least 15 hours per week to take as few as 9 credit hours per semester if they complete those hours with passing grades and meet other requirements.

Requires children to submit transcripts and enrollment documents to each parent at the beginning of each semester showing completed grades and upcoming course enrollment.
