Prohibits employers from requiring employees to join a labor organization or pay union dues as a condition of employment.

Prevents employers from requiring employees to pay equivalent amounts to charities or third parties in lieu of union dues.

Declares any agreement between labor organizations and employers that violates these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void.

Establishes violations as class C misdemeanors and allows injured persons to seek injunctive relief and recover damages including attorney fees.

Exempts federal employees, Railway Labor Act-covered employers, federal enclaves, and existing collective bargaining agreements entered before the law's effective date.
