Mandates physician review of the ultrasound with the woman, and requires the woman to receive a copy of the ultrasound image.

Requires women to certify in writing that an ultrasound has been conducted and reviewed with them before consenting to the abortion procedure.

Exempts victims of rape or incest who have reported the crime to law enforcement from ultrasound viewing requirements.

Requires the Department of Health to maintain a geographically indexed list of ultrasound providers offering free services and ensure women have reasonable time to obtain ultrasounds if not performed at the abortion facility.
