Committee must be established by September 1, 2014, composed of representatives from the departments of social services, health and senior services, and mental health to assess the Money Follows the Person Demonstration Program.

Committee shall review program achievements, assess improvements, investigate sustainability costs beyond the current demonstration period, explore cost savings, and determine if a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services waiver is needed.

Committee membership includes fiscal staff from relevant state departments, representatives from senior and disability services divisions, nursing home industry, both chambers of the Missouri legislature, and disability advocacy organizations.

Department of social services, in cooperation with health and senior services and mental health, must submit recommendations based on committee findings to the general assembly and governor by July 1, 2015.

All program transitions must occur by September 30, 2018, and this section expires on January 1, 2016.
