Adds graphing calculators with a taxable value of $150 or less to the list of items exempt from Missouri's annual sales tax holiday for school supplies.

Extends the sales tax exemption to graphing calculators in both the definition of "school supplies" and the actual exemption provisions during the three-day holiday period beginning the first Friday in August.

Maintains existing exemptions for clothing ($100 or less), school supplies ($50 per purchase), computer software ($350 or less), and personal computers ($3,500 or less) during the August tax holiday.

Preserves all existing provisions regarding political subdivisions' ability to opt out of the holiday, the restriction on Missouri state fairgrounds, and the limitation to personal use purchases only.
