Raises the age requirement for mandatory personal flotation device (PFD) wear from seven to eight years old on any watercraft in Missouri waters.

Expands PFD requirements to children under eight who are wading or swimming in navigable public waters deeper than three feet in depth.

Makes it a Class C misdemeanor for any person to allow a child under eight to be on a watercraft or in deep public water without an approved U.S. Coast Guard personal flotation device.

Exempts children under eight in fully enclosed watercraft sections that prevent falling or being thrown from the vessel, and exempts those supervised by a lifeguard.

Names the law "Hannah's Law."
