Creates new offense of "revenge pornography" under Chapter 573, RSMo, classified as a class D felony.

Criminalizes three acts: (1) observing another person's exposed intimate parts or sexual activity without consent, (2) photographing or recording such images without consent, and (3) disclosing such images without consent.

Defines "disclose" as transferring, publishing, distributing, exhibiting, advertising, or offering such images.

Establishes affirmative defenses for lawful law enforcement duties, lawful medical practices, legal proceedings, reporting unlawful conduct, or when individual consents to disclosure in public or commercial settings.

Defines "intimate parts" as naked genitals, pubic area, or adult female areola, and "sexual act" as specific sexual conduct involving genitals and other body parts.
