Repeals multiple duplicate versions of statutes that were enacted through different legislative processes in the 96th and 97th General Assemblies.

Removes two versions of section 208.275 regarding the Coordinating Council on Special Transportation for elderly persons and people with disabilities.

Eliminates sections 301.580, 301.3166, 301.3168, and 301.3170 related to special event motor vehicle auctions and specialty license plates for National Wild Turkey Federation, American Red Cross, and National Rifle Association members.

Repeals sections 350.016, 390.280, 407.300, and 476.055 covering agricultural land restrictions, motor carrier transportation, scrap metal dealer record-keeping, and court automation fund administration.

The bill is enacted solely to remove conflicting or redundant statutory language created when multiple bills addressing the same subjects were passed during overlapping legislative sessions.
