Adds "coerce" definition to custody law as forcing a person to act in a given manner or compelling by pressure or threat.

Allows courts to deny custody to a parent who attempted to coerce the mother of an unborn child to obtain an abortion.

Allows courts discretion to restrict or deny visitation rights to a parent who attempted to coerce the mother of an unborn child to obtain an abortion.

Allows courts to dispense with a man's consent to adoption if he attempted to coerce the mother of an unborn child to obtain an abortion.

Applies these provisions to custody determinations, visitation orders, and adoption proceedings under Missouri domestic relations law.
