Requires any person or entity offering credit card processing services in Missouri to disclose the contract effective date, contract term, monthly minimum fees, and termination fees on all contracts and agreements.

Mandates all required disclosures and terms and conditions be printed in at least eight-point font.

Exempts state banks, state savings associations, national banks, national savings associations, credit unions, and their parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries from disclosure requirements.

Exempts trade or business organizations and associations that offer credit card processing services from disclosure requirements.

Applies only to new contracts entered into after August 28, 2014.
