Creates new crime of "publishing pornography for revenge" in Chapter 573, RSMo, defined as photographing, recording, or republishing intimate images of another identifiable person without consent with intent to cause serious emotional distress.

Classified as a Class B misdemeanor, or Class A misdemeanor if the perpetrator has a prior conviction under this section or if the depicted person is a minor under 17 years old.

Establishes a private civil cause of action allowing depicted persons to sue for damages of at least $10,000 or actual damages, whichever is greater, plus attorney's fees.

Specifies that humiliation or embarrassment alone constitutes adequate proof of damages, without requiring physical manifestation of either emotion.
