Prohibits businesses, firms, or corporations from requiring payment to remove booking photographs from websites they own or operate.

Requires businesses publishing booking photographs to provide valid contact information (email, phone, fax, or mailing address) on their website for individuals to dispute photograph accuracy.

Mandates businesses conduct investigations within 45 days of receiving a dispute and remove inaccurate or misidentified photographs within 15 days at no charge to the individual.

Establishes a $5,000 per day fine for each photograph erroneously displayed in violation of these provisions.

Makes it a class A misdemeanor for any individual who requests a booking photograph and then distributes it to businesses that charge for removal or publishes it on such websites.
