Requires public schools participating in Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) activities to allow homeschooled students residing in the school's attendance area to participate on behalf of the school on equal terms with enrolled students

Homeschooled students must comply with all public school policies including registration, age eligibility, fees, insurance, transportation, physical condition, behavior standards, and performance requirements

Requires the homeschool instructor to submit written verification that the student is receiving passing grades in all courses and maintaining satisfactory academic progress before participation is allowed

Prohibits homeschooled students from participating in MSHSAA activities during any school year in which they were previously enrolled in a public school

Prevents MSHSAA from prohibiting homeschooled student participation in activities as authorized by this section
