Requires any person involved in producing, selling, distributing, or administering prescription medications to immediately report illegal conduct by pharmacists or health care professionals to the FDA, state board of pharmacy, or law enforcement if there is reasonable cause to believe it could cause death or serious physical injury.

Reports must include the name and address of the accused professional, nature of the alleged conduct, complainant's name, and other relevant investigative information.

Makes it a class A misdemeanor to knowingly fail to report illegal conduct within a reasonable time, and a class D felony to knowingly conceal illegal conduct that results in death or serious physical injury.

Requires any person involved in prescription medication distribution to report suspected counterfeit, fake, diluted, or black market drugs to the FDA, state board of pharmacy, or law enforcement within seven days or face class A misdemeanor charges.

Makes it a class D felony for pharmaceutical company employees who attempt to conceal information about suspected counterfeit, fake, diluted, or black market drugs that could result in serious injury or death.
