Requires prosecuting or circuit attorneys to file a motion for court-ordered testing of defendants charged with sexual offenses or related crimes listed in the statute, either upon victim request or on their own initiative.

Court must order testing for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia within 48 hours of defendant being charged, plus any medically necessary follow-up testing.

Test results must be released to the victim and victim's parent or legal guardian if a minor as soon as practicable, and also to the prosecuting attorney and defense attorney.

All testing and follow-up testing charges billed to and paid by the Department of Public Safety from appropriated funds.

Motion for testing, court order, and all test results are sealed in the court file.
