Expands the definition of "family or household member" in domestic assault laws to include adults in a continuing social relationship of a romantic or intimate nature with the victim.

Requires law enforcement officers responding to domestic assault calls to remove firearms from the scene if probable cause exists and a firearm is observed, with the owner able to reclaim it within 14 days after proceedings conclude.

Creates a new felony offense for possession of a firearm by persons subject to domestic violence protective orders that include findings of credible threat or explicit prohibitions on physical force, or by those convicted of misdemeanor domestic assault.

Mandates minimum six-month prison sentences for prior and persistent domestic violence offenders with no suspension of sentence, probation, or parole eligibility until minimum served.

Requires the Missouri State Highway Patrol to compile and submit an annual report of homicides and suicides related to domestic violence to state leadership by February 1st each year.
