Prohibits physicians from performing abortions if the physician knows the woman conceived the child specifically to provide fetal organs or tissue for medical transplantation and intends the abortion for that purpose.

Prohibits physicians from performing abortions for the purpose of providing fetal organs or tissue for medical transplantation to anyone.

Prohibits any person from utilizing fetal organs or tissue from an abortion if they know the abortion was procured for the purpose of using those organs or tissue.

Prohibits offering any monetary or other inducement to a woman or prospective father to conceive a child or to a parent to obtain an abortion for the purpose of using fetal organs or tissue for medical, scientific, experimental, or therapeutic use.

Prohibits knowingly offering or receiving valuable consideration for fetal organs or tissue from an abortion, with exceptions for payment for burial, final disposition, or pathological examination; violations constitute a class C felony.
