Establishes a process for the child abuse and neglect hotline to receive reports of elder abuse and neglect during hours when the elder abuse and neglect hotline is not operational

Requires the Department of Social Services and the Division to automatically transfer calls from the elder abuse and neglect hotline to the child abuse and neglect hotline when the elder hotline is closed

Ensures reports received through the child abuse and neglect hotline regarding elder abuse are subject to the same confidentiality requirements and provisions as those under chapter 660

Mandates that all child abuse and neglect hotline employees receive training in elder abuse and neglect
