Establishes the "Missouri Firearms Freedom Act" declaring that firearms, firearms accessories, and ammunition manufactured and kept within Missouri are not subject to federal law or regulation under the interstate commerce clause.

Exempts firearms manufactured in Missouri from basic materials and generic insignificant parts (springs, screws, nuts, pins) from federal registration and regulation requirements.

Requires firearms manufactured or sold in Missouri under this act to have "Made in Missouri" clearly stamped on a central metallic part such as the receiver or frame.

Excludes from the act's protections: firearms that cannot be carried by one person, firearms with bore diameter greater than one half inch using smokeless powder, exploding ammunition, and firearms that discharge multiple projectiles with a single trigger activation.

Asserts authority for the act based on the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and Article I, Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution protecting the right to keep and bear arms.
