Prohibits physicians from intentionally performing or attempting to perform an abortion when the pregnant woman is seeking the abortion solely because of the fetus's sex.

Prohibits physicians from intentionally performing or attempting to perform an abortion when the pregnant woman is seeking the abortion solely because the unborn child has been diagnosed with Down syndrome or potential for Down syndrome.

Prohibits physicians from intentionally performing or attempting to perform an abortion when the pregnant woman is seeking the abortion solely because the unborn child has been diagnosed with a genetic abnormality or potential for genetic abnormality.

Establishes criminal penalties including Class A misdemeanor for first offense and Class D felony for subsequent offenses, plus civil liability including actual damages, punitive damages, and statutory damages equal to three times the cost of the abortion.

Exempts the pregnant woman from criminal or civil liability and provides her with crime victim protections, while requiring anonymity preservation in civil proceedings unless she consents to disclosure.
