• Establishes that any person acting as a corporate security advisor without proper licensure from the Department of Public Safety is guilty of a misdemeanor.

• Modifies section 571.030 to reference Department of Public Safety regulations under section 590.750 instead of Board of Police Commissioners regulations for corporate security advisor weapons exemptions.

• Requires any rules created by the Department of Public Safety under this authority to comply with Chapter 536 (Missouri Administrative Procedure Act) and become subject to General Assembly review and approval procedures.
