Repeals and replaces section 168.110, RSMo, regarding teacher compensation modifications.

Allows school district boards of education to modify indefinite teacher contracts annually on or before May 15th.

Changes terminology from "salary schedule" to "compensation plan" when fixing annual teacher compensation amounts.

Requires written copies of contract modifications to be provided to all affected teachers within 30 days of board adoption.

Permits boards to modify the beginning date and length of the school year for the following year.
