Repeals and reenacts section 534.210, RSMo, relating to forcible entry and unlawful detainer proceedings.

Maintains existing prohibition on inquiring into the merits of title in forcible entry and unlawful detainer complaints.

Requires courts to consolidate civil actions when multiple cases are pending in the same court involving the same plaintiffs and defendants with a common question of law or fact regarding title and possession of the subject premises.

Consolidation occurs upon timely motion filed by any party in the case.
