Governor is authorized to sell, transfer, or convey state property interests in Nevada Rehabilitation Center (87.58 acres in Vernon County) and multiple group homes in St. Louis area (Bancroft Avenue, Creve Coeur Avenue, and Greenbough Drive).

Governor may convey portions of Western Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center in Buchanan County (two tracts totaling approximately 8.17 acres) and Pullan Road property in St. Francois County while retaining perpetual ingress/egress easement.

Governor authorized to sell portions of Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop H (8.9 acres in Buchanan County), Sikeston Career Center (two tracts in Scott County), Hannibal Career Center (Lot 2 in Block 41, Marion County), and Sedalia Career Center (Lot 9 and partial Lot 8, Pettis County).

Additional properties authorized for conveyance include St. Louis Central Career Center (multiple parcels in St. Louis), Penney State Office Building (Greene County), St. Louis State Psychiatric Hospital (20.81 acres in St. Louis City), National Guard Readiness Center (6.4 acres in Greene County), and DMH Albany Regional Office (3.5917 acres in Gentry County).

Commissioner of Administration sets terms and conditions for each conveyance including appraisal requirements and sale terms; Attorney General must approve all conveyance instruments as to form.
