Allows home rule cities with 155,000-200,000 inhabitants to impose an additional court cost up to $10 per municipal ordinance violation case.

Court clerk collects the additional costs and disburses them to the city at least monthly.

City must use collected funds exclusively for land assemblage, purchase, construction, maintenance, and upkeep of a municipal courthouse.

Collected costs may be pledged to secure bonds for courthouse-related expenses.
