Increases University of Missouri Board of Curators from eight to nine members, with the ninth member being a student curator with full voting rights

Student curator must be a full-time graduate or professional student, Missouri resident, and can be from any congressional district; first appointment effective January 2015

Student curator has voting authority on hiring and firing of university president, chancellors, general counsel, board secretary, and general officers, but is excluded from faculty and staff hiring/firing decisions

Student curator serves two-year terms contingent on maintaining full-time student status and replaces the previous nonvoting student representative position

Regular curator terms remain six years with three expiring every two years; student curator term provisions supersede standard term requirements
