Website developer must have proven expertise in search engine optimization and provide evidence of prior projects that increased search engine rankings

Department of Agriculture, in consultation with the Department of Economic Development, awards annual contracts with renewal options and may terminate contracts at its discretion; if terminated, the state assumes ownership of all domain names
