Persons at least 21 years old may manufacture intoxicating liquor for personal or family use without obtaining a license.

Maximum production limits are 200 gallons per household per calendar year if two or more adults are present, or 100 gallons per year if only one adult is present.

Homemade intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or offered for sale.

Beer brewed at home may be removed from the premises for personal use at organized events, competitions, tastings, or exhibitions, including on premises with temporary retail licenses or tax-exempt organization licensed premises.

Homemade beer served at organized events where admission is charged is not considered a sale, provided the brewer receives no proceeds from admission fees and consumption occurs off licensed retail premises or under appropriate temporary or tax-exempt licenses.
