Authorizes the Department of Transportation to provide logo markers and informational signs to counties and municipalities upon request for placement along the original El Camino Real on non-state/non-highway roads

Directs the Department of Transportation and State Historical Society of Missouri to determine the original route of El Camino Real, which extended from St. Louis to New Madrid, with the closest paved road designated as the route where the original cannot be located
