Requires nonprofit corporations organized under Missouri law or foreign corporations registered with the secretary of state that solicit public contributions or gifts to provide, upon written request by certified mail, the names and compensation amounts of any board members or officers paid by the corporation.

Requests must specify the time period for which compensation information is sought; if no time period is specified, only current fiscal year-to-date information must be provided.

Corporations have 10 days from receipt of a written request to respond in writing to the requester.

Exempts nonprofit corporations with members that solicit contributions or gifts solely from their own existing members from these disclosure requirements.
