Creates new crime of "injuring a first responder" under Missouri law (section 565.600)

Applies when person intentionally, knowingly, or purposely manufactures methamphetamine illegally, a fire or explosion results from that manufacture, and a first responder is injured by the fire or explosion

Classifies the offense as a class C felony

Defines "first responder" to include state and local law enforcement, fire department personnel, emergency medical personnel, and other persons authorized to provide emergency medical assistance
