Reduces court date requirement for eviction cases from 21 business days to 14 business days from summons issuance (Section 534.070).

Reduces timeframe for landlord to reclaim premises after judgment from 60 days to 30 days, and allows landlord to break locks and remove property with law enforcement present (Section 441.060).

Requires tenant to pay money judgments within 5 days using certified funds, and permits landlord to recover attorney fees and lost income compensation when prevailing in eviction actions (Section 535.160).

Streamlines abandoned premises procedures by eliminating requirement for certified mail notice to tenant; landlord only needs to post notice and have reasonable belief tenant abandoned unit with 30 days unpaid rent (Section 441.065).

Reduces bond requirement for trial de novo appeals from 10 days to 3 days for rental payments to be deposited into court (Section 535.110).
