Establishes the "College Credit Disclosure Act" requiring non-regionally accredited institutions of higher education in Missouri to disclose their accreditation status during the admission application process in writing

Requires students to sign acknowledgment of the disclosure (in writing or electronically) prior to registering for any class granting college-level credit

Mandates disclosure language in at least 14-point font warning that credits may not be transferable to regionally accredited institutions including universities, colleges, junior colleges, community colleges, or trade schools

Exempts institutions of higher education affiliated with religious organizations that are accredited by a national faith-related accrediting organization recognized by the United States Department of Education
