Amends Section 288.050 of Missouri law to clarify that "good cause" for voluntarily quitting work does not include leaving to accept a job with equal or lesser wages.

Disqualifies claimants from waiting week credit and benefits until they earn wages equal to ten times their weekly benefit amount if they voluntarily quit without good cause.

Maintains existing exceptions to disqualification, including quitting to accept more remunerative work, quitting temporary work to return to regular employment, and quitting unsuitable work within 28 days.

Preserves special provisions allowing employees to quit without disqualification for military spouse relocation, pregnancy-related reasons, and to enter Trade Act-approved training programs.

Retains requirements that work offers be deemed suitable based on factors including health and safety risks, physical fitness, prior training, and distance from residence.
