Repeal sections 287.957 and 287.975 of Missouri Revised Statutes and enact revised versions relating to workers' compensation premium rates and experience rating plans.

Change the medical cost threshold for adjusting experience modifications from one thousand dollars to twenty percent of the current split point of primary and excess losses under the uniform experience rating plan.

Require advisory organizations to file all pure premium rates, rating rules, schedules, and amendments with the director within thirty days of distribution to members.

Allow construction employers to submit payroll record information from any of the four calendar quarters prior to their policy beginning or renewal date for calculating premium credits under the Missouri contracting classification premium adjustment program.
