House Bill No. 2013 Summary

• Appropriates $108,791,711 in state funds for real property leases, utilities, systems furniture, structural modifications, and related expenses for state departments during fiscal year 2014-2015.

• Allocates funds across multiple sources including General Revenue Fund ($76.7 million), Federal Funds ($18.6 million), and other specialized funds ($13.5 million).

• Prohibits expenditure of appropriated funds for travel or staffing costs for the offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, State Auditor, State Treasurer, and Attorney General.
