Amends the definition of "livestock" in five Missouri statutes (sections 144.010, 262.900, 265.300, 267.565, and 277.020) to include "captive cervids documented as obtained from a legal source and not from the wild"

Applies the expanded livestock definition across sales tax law, urban agricultural zones, meat inspection regulations, animal disease control, and livestock market regulations

Requires captive cervids to be documented as legally obtained and not sourced from wild populations

Maintains existing livestock categories (cattle, swine, sheep, poultry, ratite birds, llamas, alpacas, buffalo, elk, goats, horses, rabbits, and aquatic products) while adding captive cervids to this list
