• Removes net worth requirement (previously $250,000 limit) and religious exemption restrictions for wellness programs from parent/guardian eligibility requirements

• Corrects statutory references throughout sections 208.631-208.658 (SCHIP provisions) to accurately cite 208.658 instead of 208.657, 208.659, or 208.660
