Repeals and reenacts Section 339.507 to establish the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission with seven members (six appraiser members and one public member) appointed by the governor with senate confirmation.

Requires appraiser commission members to have at least five years of real estate appraisal experience in Missouri and mandates they come from different U.S. congressional districts.

Establishes that commission members serve three-year terms with a maximum of two consecutive terms, and no more than four members can be from the same political party.

Creates new Section 339.531 requiring the commission to investigate complaints against licensees within six months and notify complainants and licensees within ten working days of complaint receipt and every sixty days thereafter.

Requires the commission to submit an annual report to the general assembly by April 1st detailing complaints filed, investigations conducted and their dispositions, and all expenditures.
