MO HB2104

Establishes a "Joint Committee on Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation" composed of 7 House members and 7 Senate members appointed by leadership, with no more than 4 members from either party in each chamber.

Directs the committee to investigate disparities affecting injured minorities, low-income workers, and workers under 35 years old within the workers' compensation system.

Requires the committee to study bias, fraud, and noncompliance within the Division of Workers' Compensation and make recommendations for statutory changes to protect vulnerable worker populations.

Mandates the committee meet within 30 days to select leadership, convene quarterly thereafter, hold public input meetings in at least three urban regions, and submit annual reports to the General Assembly by January 30th.
