Redefines invasion of privacy in the first degree to include photographing or filming a person in a state of nudity without consent in a private location, viewing through clothing, or distributing such images, with enhanced penalties for repeat offenders (class D felony, or class C felony if previously convicted of invasion of privacy in the first or second degree).

Modifies invasion of privacy in the second degree to apply to viewing, photographing, or filming a nude person in a private location without consent, or secretly recording under clothing, with penalties of class A misdemeanor escalating to class C felony for repeat offenders.

Adds invasion of privacy in the first and second degree under sections 565.252 and 565.253 to the list of offenses requiring lifetime sex offender registration under section 589.400.

Clarifies that invasion of privacy in the first degree becomes a class C felony for defendants with prior convictions for invasion of privacy in the first or second degree, with prior convictions proven under section 558.021.

Simplifies invasion of privacy in the second degree sentencing to a single class A misdemeanor with escalation to class C felony for repeat offenders, removing language distinguishing between different types of violations.
