Allows a one million dollar tax deduction against taxable income for qualified businesses that receive the Baldrige National Quality Award for tax years beginning January 1, 2015 or later

Defines "qualified business" as a privately held, for-profit business with fewer than 500 employees that has operated in Missouri for at least 5 consecutive years and whose owners have been Missouri residents for at least 5 years

Restricts eligibility to businesses receiving the Baldrige award for the first time and prohibits previously awarded recipients from claiming the deduction

Limits the deduction program to expire on December 31, 2025 or after 10 qualified businesses have received a Baldrige award, whichever occurs first

Applies to sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability companies, S corporations, and corporations doing business in Missouri
