Repeal and reenact section 110.010, RSMo, regarding security of public funds deposited in banking institutions.

Add ambulance districts to the list of political subdivisions whose public funds must be secured by approved securities when deposited in banks.

Require securities to be delivered either to the fiscal officer/governing body or deposited with a trustee banking institution acceptable to both parties.

Allow a trustee to be a bank owned or controlled by the same bank holding company as the depositary banking institution.

Permit depositors to demand surrender of securities from the trustee upon written notice of breach of the depositary contract.
