Creates a new offense of gun trafficking under Missouri law (section 571.027) with three prohibited conducts: purchasing or transferring firearms to persons prohibited by law from possessing them, providing false or misleading information during firearm transactions, and knowingly directing or facilitating such conduct.

Excludes lawful gifts of firearms to persons not prohibited from possessing firearms and acquisitions by court-appointed fiduciaries or through estate succession from the gun trafficking offense.

Establishes gun trafficking as a class B felony offense.

Allows an additional consecutive prison term of up to five years for persons who commit gun trafficking while organizing or supervising five or more other participants in the offense.

Makes conspiracy to commit gun trafficking a class C felony offense.
