Repeals and replaces section 290.110, RSMo, regarding payment of wages to discharged employees.

Requires unpaid wages earned by a discharged employee to be paid in the same manner and time schedule as if the discharge had not occurred, rather than immediately on the day of discharge.

Establishes a penalty for nonpayment: wages continue to accrue at the same rate from the discharge date until paid, capped at sixty days of additional wages.

Exempts employees whose compensation is primarily commission-based and whose duties include account collection, merchandise care, or similar activities requiring an audit to determine the net amount due.

Removes the previous provision allowing employees to request wages be sent to a station or office within seven days of the request.
