Requires each local election authority to establish at least one advance voting center per county, or one center for every 100,000 residents distributed throughout the county

Allows registered voters to cast advance ballots in person during elections featuring presidential electors, U.S. senator, governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, state auditor, state treasurer, or attorney general

Establishes advance voting period from the third Saturday before an election through the Tuesday before election day (excluding Sundays), with centers open 8am-5pm on weekdays and 8am-4pm for a four-hour period on Saturdays

Requires the secretary of state and local election authorities to provide public notice of advance voting centers and periods through publication, posting at offices, and websites

State general revenue shall reimburse all costs associated with implementing advance voting under this section
