Requests Congress transfer cleanup responsibility for West Lake Landfill radioactive wastes from the EPA Superfund Program to the Army Corps of Engineers' Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP).

Identifies radioactive residues from Mallinckrodt Chemical Works uranium processing operations (1946-1957) that were illegally dumped at West Lake Landfill in Bridgeton in 1973 and designated a Superfund site in 1990.

Cites health and environmental risks including an uncontrolled underground fire at the landfill since October 2012, contamination of groundwater flowing to the Missouri River, and potential release of radioactive materials if the adjacent Earth City levee fails.

Notes the Army Corps of Engineers has successfully removed related MCW radioactive wastes from other St. Louis City and County sites and expects trained FUSRAP workers to continue remediation projects for at least another five years.

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send a copy of the resolution to the U.S. Senate and House leadership and all members of the Missouri Congressional delegation.
