Opposes the Army Corps of Engineers' plan to extend the Jameson Island chute on the Big Muddy National Fish and Wildlife Refuge unless excavated soil is deposited outside the meander belt rather than into the Missouri River.

Notes the project would remove approximately 420,812 cubic yards of earthen material and eventually deposit 546,580 cubic yards of additional soil into the Missouri River.

States the project contradicts Missouri's soil conservation efforts funded by the Parks and Soils sales tax and conflicts with best management practices and EPA/state enforcement actions.

Urges the Corps to work with the Missouri Clean Water Commission to ensure future shallow water habitat projects provide clear benefits to pallid sturgeon preservation without degrading Missouri's soil and water resources.

Directs the House Chief Clerk to send copies of the resolution to the Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and Missouri's Congressional delegation.
