Submits to Missouri voters a constitutional amendment to add Section 36 to Article I, establishing a right for citizens to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife

Grants the conservation commission control, management, restoration, conservation, and regulation of bird, fish, game, forestry, and wildlife resources as provided in Article IV, Section 40

Prohibits laws, rules, or regulations from unreasonably restricting hunting, fishing, harvesting wildlife, or the use of traditional devices and methods

Requires all wildlife-related laws, rules, and regulations to have the purpose of wildlife conservation and management and preserving the future of hunting and fishing, with public hunting and fishing designated as a preferred management method

Amendment scheduled for submission at the general election on Tuesday following the first Monday in November 2014, or at a special election called by the governor
